PureSolv 400

The PureSolv 400 from Innovative Technology Inc. provides the Chemistry and Biochemistry department with four different anhydrous, oxygen-free HPLC grade solvents: acetonitrile, dichloromethane, tetrahydrofuran, and toluene. Each solvent is housed in its own sixteen liter keg and drawn through two separate columns packed with appropriate drying material.

Here one can find the PureSolv 400 instructional manual and written SOP for the system as PDF files. Any questions not addressed by the provided documentation should be directed to Jessica Garcia.
