Chemistry Major Handbook

Welcome! The staff and faculty of UCSC's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry welcome your interest in the chemistry program. We look forward to getting to know you, working with you in the various chemistry courses and sharing our excitement with the many facets of chemistry and biochemistry.

This handbook provides a useful guide to our undergraduate program. To plan the completion of courses required for the chemistry major, please make an appointment with Cheryl Lira, our Program Assistant, through the Chemistry Department office located in room 389 Thimann Laboratories.
